We maintain
an open and trusting relationship with our translators,
interpreters and
clients in order to provide the highest quality
translation possible.
-
Client requests an estimate
from Pacolet and provides the document to be
translated, a sample of the document, or a detailed
description of the document (the more information
that can be provided, the more accurate the
estimate will be)
-
Pacolet matches the project
with the most qualified translator and DTP/
formatting artist
-
Pacolet creates an estimate
and delivers it to the client
-
Client accepts the terms of
the estimate by providing a purchase order number
or acceptance email, fax or letter
-
Pacolet proceeds with the translation
-
If a terminology question arises,
Pacolet will contact the client and ask the
client to provide reference material or an explanation
of the term
-
The completed translation is
provided to a professional artist to provide
the DTP/ formatting of the document (if requested
from client)
-
Pacolet provides the client
with the completed professionally translated
and formatted document in the client's preferred
format
Our project
managers take the headache out of providing quality
translation and interpretation needs.
-

Pacolet is large enough to
provide a wide variety of quality options to our
clients
yet small enough to provide personal attention to

We
help you communicate with the world!
